Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit through forms on this site, including:

  • Newsletter signup email addresses.
  • Community story submissions, including display name, role, assignment type, optional location, story title, and story text.
  • Coverage Gap Review requests, including name, email, optional phone number, and the concern you want help organizing.
  • Basic site analytics such as pages visited, referrer/source signals, and timing data used to understand content performance.

How we use information

  • To send the newsletter or respond to a form request.
  • To review community stories for privacy, clarity, usefulness, and claim risk before anything appears publicly.
  • To organize educational Coverage Gap Review conversations without turning the site into a hard-sell funnel.
  • To improve site content, topic planning, resources, and newsletter direction.

Community stories

Community story submissions enter a private moderation queue. We may edit submissions for clarity, length, privacy, or safety before publication. We do not knowingly publish patient information, protected/private information, private staff details, facility accusations, or claims that should be verified by qualified professionals.

Coverage Gap Review requests

Coverage Gap Review requests are used to organize an educational response to the concern you submit. The review is not legal, tax, medical, financial, licensing, or insurance advice. Do not include sensitive medical details, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other information that is not needed for an initial educational request.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted tools or service providers to operate the site, deliver email, store submissions, review analytics, or respond to requests. We keep information only as long as it is useful for those purposes or required for operational records.

Your choices

  • You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time when email delivery is active.
  • You can choose not to submit community stories or Coverage Gap Review requests.
  • You can contact us to ask about removing or correcting a submitted community story before or after publication.
