Copy the written details into one place before comparing offers.
- Agency and recruiter contact.
- Facility, unit, shift, start date, end date, and expected weekly schedule.
- Written weekly gross estimate and the date it was sent.
- What still needs a written answer before you treat the number as real.
Money lines to separate

- Housing stipend, meals/incidentals stipend, and whether amounts are weekly or per shift.
- Travel reimbursement, parking, tolls, uniforms, modules, labs, or other reimbursements.
- Overtime, call, callback, holiday, charge, crisis, or bonus language if mentioned.
Risk lines to confirm
- Guaranteed hours and what happens if the facility cancels shifts.
- Low census, call-off, missed-shift, floating, extension, and early-end language.
- Housing assumptions used in the package, including whether the estimate assumes agency housing or self-arranged housing.
- Start-date changes, compliance delays, and what happens if credentialing is not complete on time.
Before you choose
- Compare two offers side by side using the same categories, not screenshots with different assumptions.
- Mark every verbal promise that still needs written confirmation.
- Ask who can clarify tax, legal, licensing, benefits, or contract interpretation questions when the answer affects your situation.
